University Apartments is a graduate residence located a few minutes' walk from our Parkville campus or the bustling city centre. You can make the most of the University’s libraries, study centres and gym facilities, just metres from your front door.

Note: This residence may not be available to occupy after February 2023 as the University considers an alternate future use for this location. Residents of University Apartments may also experience occasional noise disruption from the construction of the Melbourne Metro Tunnel, but these are within the required residential night-time noise levels. The Metro Tunnel website contains further information on this project as well as specific information about the location, duration and anticipated impacts of works relating to the project.

1 All rates are in $AUD, per studio, per week and is inclusive of utilities, including WIFI. This residence is only available to for occupation until 15 July 2023 as the University considers an alternate future use for this location after this date.
2 Studio refers to a room that includes a kitchenette and bathroom. Studios at University Apartments can be occupied by two people. However, a double occupancy charge of $50 per week will apply. For example, if you're interested in sharing a Studio apartment with another person, the weekly price would be $440.
