I've always wanted to come to the University of Melbourne, not just because of its excellent reputation, but also to experience Australian culture and to challenge myself. I know it's challenging to travel to another corner of the world and leave your family behind, but it's a very meaningful and valuable experience which undoubtedly grows you as a person.

The campus is beautiful. There is a real mix of buildings. The old historic buildings give off a prestigious vibe while the new and modern buildings have the best facilities a student could ask for. The location of the University is also great because it is just minutes away from the city centre.

Coming here was always my ‘dream school’ as there are people in my family who have studied and lived in Melbourne. The buildings that my classes are in are new and well maintained, there is always a café or library nearby tutorial rooms and lecture halls, which makes life that much easier in the weeks leading up to SWOTVAC and exams. Living in a residential college has been one of the best decisions and I've found a great group of friends, resources and a real sense of community.
