International House Scholarships

Applications

Once you have applied for a residential place at International House, you can apply for an International House scholarship.

To apply, download and complete this application form and email it, along with your supporting documents, to the Academic Coordinator, Georgia White on ih-academic@lists.unimelb.edu.au. You can expect to hear the outcome of your application around mid-January, after all applications have been received and considered.

Scholarship applications for 2024 are closed.

Weickhardt Academic Performance $7000, one-year accommodation fee scholarship
  • Entrance domestic undergraduate student at the University of Melbourne with the highest school-leaving results (ATAR).
Vi and Pete Peterson $10,000, one-year accommodation fee scholarship
  • International undergraduate student
  • Demonstrates:
    • Financial need
    • Academic performance
    • Potential community contribution.

Richard Cullen and Siu-Kuen Chan

$7000, one-year accommodation fee scholarship
  • International undergraduate female student, from China (including Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan)
  • Demonstrates:
    • Financial need
    • Academic performance
    • Potential community contribution.
Mavis Jackson Academic Potential $5000, one-year accommodation fee scholarship
  • Entrance international undergraduate student with the highest academic performance for school leaving results (ATAR equivalent).
Friends and Alumni of International House $14,000, one-year accommodation fee scholarship
