• Single (1) and twin (2) refer to the number of beds in a room – note that the weekly rate is always per person
• Studio refers to a room that includes a kitchenette and bathroom
• All rooms described as xBxB are in shared apartments. The first B refers to the number of bedrooms in the apartment, and the second B to the number of bathrooms. All rooms share a kitchen. For instance:
  • Single 4B2B describes a single room in a four bedroom cluster with two bedrooms
  • Single 6B6B describes a single room in a six bedroom cluster with six bathrooms –typically this will be ensuite
  • Twin 4B4B describes a twin room in a four bedroom, four bathroom apartment – this means 8 people will share this cluster.

* 26 week contracts are only available to single semester Study Abroad/ Exchange students, or students who are commencing in the second semester.
