    Melbourne India Postgraduate Academy

    Melbourne India Postgraduate Academy (MIPA) is a Joint Degree Doctoral Program, where students will receive a degree jointly awarded by both the University of Melbourne one of the three partner institutions, India Institute of Technology Madras (ITTM), Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK) and Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (ITTKGP).

    As a student enrolled in MIPA, you’ll have the opportunity to work in both continents during your candidature and earn a dual degree accredited by both India and Australia.

    Melbourne-India Postgraduate Program

    Melbourne-India Postgraduate Program (MIPP) provides graduate researchers an opportunity to work with University of Melbourne academics.

    Our Indian partners are Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM), Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK), Indian Institute of Science Bangalore (IISS), and Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IITKGP). Applicants must have studied with one of the program’s Indian partners. The program is now extended to Sri Lanka.
