Associate Professor Xueyuan Wu

Associate Professor Xueyuan (Shane) Wu is the current Graduate Research Director of the Centre for Actuarial Studies and an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (AIAA) since 2011. He was the program director of Master of Actuarial Science and Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Science from 2018 to 2020. Shane has diverse research interests ranging from discrete-time risk models to the application of machine learning in actuarial science.
