As some form of language is used in any context and situation, this degree is really versatile.Andrew Weng Kan Leung
Once I finish this degree, I think I will be able to not only work in the teaching field, but also in other areas such as the police force. In teaching, it will help me to be more aware of language learning processes and the factors which influence students' learning, and with the police I can use my skills by undertaking language analysis.
It is a joy to study under so many world-renowned academics. The lecturers, though highly qualified in their field, are friendly and humble, and have a passion for teaching. The experience of being a graduate student at the University of Melbourne is amazing, and I'd readily recommend the course to others.
