The experience

Overview

A leading cohort

You will be making connections and sharing ideas with some of the education sector's brightest minds. Many principals and assistant principals take the course as do classroom teachers with leadership aspirations.

In 2017, more than half of the Master of Instructional Leadership graduates received a promotion.

Expert tuition, expert research

Built on the ground-breaking work of Professor John Hattie and Professor Stephen Dinham, the course has a strong focus on evidence-based practices and education research. You will be taught by recognised experts in their field, making you a highly sought-after education professional and thought leader.

Work/study balance

The course is delivered via two-day on-campus intensives at the University’s Parkville campus – just a short walk to the CBD and a host of cafes, restaurants, shops, theatres, galleries and bars.
