  • Compulsory subjects (125 points)
  • Capstone subjects (25 points to 50 points)
  • Elective subjects (25 points to 50 points, depending on the capstone option selected).

150 point program (1.5 years full-time or part-time equivalent)

This program is for graduates who have completed undergraduate studies in the marketing and/or media (&) communications field.

Please note: Students who undertake the 150-point program will not be required to undertake the program Foundation subjects.

  • Compulsory subjects (75 points)
  • Capstone subjects (25 points to 50 points)
  • Elective subjects (25 points to 50 points, depending on the capstone option selected).

Capstone requirement

Capstone subject options must be completed in the final hundred points of the program.  Students must complete one of four available Capstone options for this degree . Understanding credit points

A 2-year program typically consists of 200 credit points.

A standard full-time study load is four subjects per semester, across two semesters per year (eight subjects per year), which equals 100 credit points per year.

Most subjects are worth 12.5 credit points*.

* Some subjects carry a heavier workload and may be worth more points.
