What will I study?
The course consists of two subjects with a total of 25 credit points:
- Introduction to Positive Psychology
You will reflect on current trends in positive psychology research and apply contemporary scientific theories to issues of wellbeing in applied settings.
- Positive Psychology in Practice
You will examine how positive psychology interventions and programs are designed, delivered and evaluated.
Each subject consists of 5000 words assessment including essays, journals, presentations and reports.
You can expect to spend approximately 120 hours per subject for research and completing the assessment component.
