What will I study?
In this practical course you will explore different styles of leadership, individual capability, ways of combating toxic cultures and learn how theory can be deployed to enhance happiness in an organisation and get the most out of your team.
You will reflect on current trends in positive psychology research and apply contemporary scientific theories to issues of wellbeing in applied settings, and examine how positive psychology interventions and programs are designed, delivered and evaluated.
This course comprises two subjects, each taught intensively over three days, with additional self-driven assessments including essays, journals, presentations and reports.
You can expect to allocate approximately 120 hours per subject for teaching days, research and completing assessments.
