What will I study?
What you will learn
A high-level knowledge of implementation science in human service practice
You’ll work independently and in groups to learn the fundamentals of evaluation including the nature and purpose of evaluation, types of evaluation, and the logic of evaluation.
The ability to apply evaluation methods to a range of professional settings
You will understand the impact implementation has on improving outcomes for individuals, families and communities.
Application of implementation science knowledge in professional practice
You will develop the capability to develop and execute implementation knowledge, strategies and plans, independently and responsibly within practice contexts.
To gain the Specialist Certificate in Implementation Science you must complete 25 points comprised of:
- Two core subjects.
The estimated hours required for each subject is between 15 -19 hours per week, but this varies for each student and depends on your task management and planning, familiarity with the material, reading style and speed.
