Overview
On completion of this course, graduates will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the changing knowledge base in legal leadership and management;
- Identify and evaluate the knowledge and capabilities required for effective and ethical legal leadership;
- Understand the various leadership theories, models and approaches and how they impact upon employees, organisational performance and ethics;
- Reflect on their own personal legal leadership capabilities in their own organisational context;
- Apply new skills and knowledge in the workplace.
