Evaluation is a critical examination methodology which can play a role of the journey towards better workspace design decisions.

This course enables People & Culture and other leadership professionals to apply evaluation knowledge and skills to help build healthier, fit-for-purpose workspaces.

Associate Professor Lucio Naccarella

Principal Research Fellow, Health Workforce

Lucio has 25 years of experience as a health services researcher and evaluator. He's taught evaluation in the Master of Public Health and conducted over 70 evaluations in health service settings. He's passionate about ensuring workspace design supports workers at a time of increasing demands, stress and changes to the world of work, especially now due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
