Jill's teaching specialties are medical decision making, leadership, emotional intelligence and resilience. Her research interests are decision making, medical education, corporate social responsibility and ethical consumption. She has published articles in Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, Management Science, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Marketing, and the British Medical Journal.
