Offers and enrolments

If your Exchange or Study Abroad application is successful, you'll receive an offer email from the University with instructions about how to accept your offer and enrol online.

If your offer is conditional, you'll be required to meet the conditions listed on your offer before accepting it. Details on how to do so will be included in the offer letter.

Accept your offer

To accept your offer, you'll need to:

Accept your offer as early as possible, to ensure there is enough time to process your visa.

After we have processed your acceptance, we will issue you with an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) sent to the email listed on your application.

You'll need your CoE to apply for your visa. See Get Started for more information.

If you need help accepting your offer, email studyabroad-exchange@unimelb.edu.au

Activate your account

You can activate your student account once you have received your CoE. This sets up your Melbourne email address and allows you to enrol in your subjects.
