Rapid advances in genomics in the last decade are expected to bring about benefits and challenges in health care.  These advances require a workforce able to incorporate new ways of thinking about and applying genomics knowledge in clinical practice and policy.

Graduate Certificate

The Graduate Certificate is a 6-month nested award within the 2-year Master of Genomics and Health course. This course provides introductory training in Genomics and Health.

Graduate Diploma

The Graduate Diploma is a 1-year nested award within the 2-year Master of Genomics and Health. This course provides advanced training in Genomics and Health.

Masters

Provides advanced training in the current and potential impact on health and medicine brought about by advances in genomics and related technologies. This course is a 200 point nested award with exit points at the Graduate Certificate and Graduate Diploma level.

Flexibility in study pathways

The Master of Genomics and Health requires completion of a total of 200 points of study and allows flexibility in subject choices to suit individual interests and study preferences.

You have the option of enrolling in a Master's degree (200 points) or one of the nested awards - Graduate Diploma (100 points), Graduate Certificate (50 points).
