Dr Belinda Allen

Belinda is passionate about helping individuals develop and amplify their leadership capabilities to enable them to better engage, align and empower their teams. A highly regarded educator, Belinda has over 15 years of experience working with leaders one on one and designing and facilitating leadership programs.

In addition to Melbourne University, she has also worked at Queensland University of Technology, Monash University and the University of Western Australia. Belinda has expertise in change leadership and motivating and managing performance and effective communication. She has degrees in Psychology and Human Resource Management and has a PhD in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Melbourne.
