VCE requirements

Please note: The University of Melbourne is currently participating in the reaccreditation process for these subjects with the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority and can confirm the entry requirements for this subject in June 2019.

One of VCE Art 3/4, any History 3/4, or Studio Arts 3/4 in Year 11; or enrolment in the same in Year 12 after completion of one of VCE Art 1/2, any History 1/2, or Studio Arts 1/2 in Year 11.

IB requirements

Enrolment in IB History (SL or HL).

Total class hours per week

Two 1-hour lectures and one 1-hour tutorial. Lectures will be recorded and made available online for those students who are unable to attend due to other commitments.

Please note: Lectures are delivered at the University of Melbourne Parkville campus and students can attend tutorials either on campus or at a School Centre.
