Am I eligible for University Accommodation?

All full-time* University of Melbourne students, including undergraduate, postgraduate, Exchange and Study Abroad students, can apply for University Accommodation. You can apply before receiving a course offer but must provide proof of enrolment, before moving in.

Accommodation is available for both undergraduates and graduates, with standard contract lengths of 52 weeks (start of year) and 26 weeks (mid-year). Six-month contracts may be available for Exchange students and mid-year completions at the start of the year.
