University Accommodation is available exclusive to those studying full-time at The University of Melbourne. This includes both undergraduate, postgraduate degrees, visiting study abroad and exchange students.

When can I apply for accommodation?

Applications for Full-year and Semester 1 (Start Year Intake) open in August the previous year, usually before the University of Melbourne Open Day.  Applications for Semester 2 (Mid-Year Intake) open in April of the same year.
