Applications are now open for half-year and full-year stays. We have also implemented a range of measures to prioritise your wellbeing during COVID-19.
No travel, no stress.
Seems obvious right? Unfortunately there are a lot of accommodation deals out there with lock-in contracts. This means you may have to continue paying rent, even if you can’t travel to Melbourne.
If you apply for University Accommodation, you can secure a room now, without having to worry about things outside of your control. If travel restrictions make it impossible for you to travel to Melbourne, you have the ability to suspend your accommodation agreement. Conditions apply. Please remember to check your offer and agreement for full details.
The University takes your accommodation preferences into consideration, however your preferred choice is not guaranteed.
