Dr Andi Pekarek studies how work, institutions, and markets interact to shape contemporary organisational life, and how HRM can promote fairness, sustainability, and better outcomes for people. He has published in leading international journals such as Industrial and Labor Relations Review, Human Resource Management Journal, and British Journal of Industrial Relations.
Through his role as Associate Editor of Research in the Sociology of Work, he helps shape the future direction of research on work and HRM.
