Guided by world-leading academics, you will explore contemporary counselling frameworks across mental health, trauma and narrative therapy. With exposure to these innovative approaches, you will develop a versatile toolkit you can adapt to diverse counselling needs and settings.

To prepare you for professional practice, you will undertake 105 hours of placement. There are two options when it comes to organising your placement.

• Matched placement: Our dedicated placement team matches you to a provider, using the faculty’s extensive networks
• Self-sourced placement: You're responsible for finding your own placement, with our team available to provide advice and support throughout the process.

Throughout your placement, you'll also have the opportunity to reconnect with teaching staff and peers in weekly online integration seminars.
