Course structure
Overview
To successfully graduate from our Online MBA program, you will need to complete all core subjects, plus six (6) advanced subjects and one (1) capstone subject, which will take at least three years. You will study the equivalent of on (1) subject each study period, totalling 218.75 credit points. There are three half subjects worth 6.25 credit points.
On completion of the program, you will be able to:
1. Analyse an organisation’s environment to assess its effects on organisational performance and relevance for managing the organisation.
2. Identify and analyse relevant data and then use the results of the analysis to drive organisational outcomes and performance.
3. Draw insights from across the organisation to inform strategic decision-making and drive organisational outcomes and performance.
4. Lead, manage and work effectively in and with diverse teams and stakeholders.
5. Apply communication and interpersonal skills to effectively execute management decisions and influence others.
