Master of Theatre

The Master of Theatre requires successful completion of 200 credit points.

All students must complete

• 25 credit points of Year 1 compulsory subjects
• 50 credit points of Year 2 compulsory subjects
• 125 credit points of specialisation subjects

Year 1 compulsory subjects

• Dramaturgy, text and performance: 12.5 credit points
• Collaborative dramaturgies project: 12.5 credit points

PLUS 75 credit points of core subjects according to the specialisation being undertaken.

Year 2 compulsory subjects

• Internships and projects: 37.5 credit points
• Creating a project vision: 12.5 credit points

PLUS 50 credit points of core subjects according to the specialisation being undertaken.

Specialisation subjects

• Directing: 125 credit points
• Dramaturgy: 125 credit points
• Writing: 125 credit points
