Screen and Cultural Studies is a combined program. You can specialise in either Screen Studies or Cultural Studies, or mix subjects from both disciplines.

Our major will show you the world you know from totally new perspectives – it covers the study of film, popular media, and contemporary cultural life from multiple points of view. Our subjects address areas including global cinema histories, film genres, computer games, television, internet cultures, the politics of identities, consumer culture, and the transformation of cultural life in globalisation.
