Why study property?

Property professionals focus on the ownership, development, management, funding, investment potential and occupation of land and buildings. It combines contemporary planning issues, trends in the current market and how construction and design influence development.

At Melbourne, you’ll learn about contemporary planning issues, trends in the property market, and how the application of construction practices and structural design can add value to developments. You'll develop an in-depth understanding of disciplines needed for a career in property, such as economics, market research, construction, urban planning and law.

Training in Property at Melbourne will give you professional accreditation and a higher qualification than a traditional double degree.
