Entry requirements
Admission criteria
To be considered for entry into this course, you must:
- Hold a qualification that allows you to practice as a physiotherapist, AND
- Have a minimum of two years of clinical practice, with one year preferably in the area of this course specialisation.
Please note: You must be registered to practice physiotherapy in Australia where required in this course. If you are an international or otherwise non-registered applicant, you must acquire temporary registration for the purposes of postgraduate study through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

About selection
When assessing applications, the Selection Committee will consider your previous studies and academic performance.
The Selection Committee may request additional information to clarify any aspect of an application, according to the University’s Academic Board rules regarding selection instruments.
Meeting the published entry requirements for this course does not guarantee selection.
The Selection Committee will also assess your clinical experience as part of your application.

All applicants are required to submit a professional portfolio as part of their application and will be assessed for credit for the subject PHTY90040 Physiotherapy Professional Portfolio.
