The Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology is a bridging course offering the opportunity to gain the essential skills and knowledge needed to meet the core requirements set by the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) for becoming a specialist Clinical Psychologist.
This program is two-years part-time and includes coursework covering topics like how to assess and diagnose psychological conditions, understanding mental health challenges in children, biological psychology, pharmacology (medications), and advanced clinical psychology skills. You'll also gain invaluable practical experience through clinical placements.
Who is the Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology for?
This course is specifically for currently registered psychologists in Australia who hold full registration with the PsyBA. It's for those who have a psychology background but haven't formally trained in Clinical Psychology and are now looking to gain the specialised skills required for a Clinical Psychologist endorsement.

The Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences hosted an information session for prospective students interested in undertaking PhD studies in Psychological Sciences.
