Successful applicants with the following may be granted 50 credit points of advanced standing towards the 50-credit point coursework component:
- A Graduate Certificate in Educational Research (GC-EDRES) from the University of Melbourne, with a weighted average mark of at least H2A (75%); or
- A Master of Education (MC-ED) from the University of Melbourne, with completion of the 50-credit point Research Pathway subjects with a weighted average mark of at least H2A (75%); or
- A Master of TESOL (MC-TESOL) from the University of Melbourne, with completion of the 50-credit point Research Pathway subjects with a weighted average mark of at least H2A (75%); or
- A Master of Modern Languages Education (MC-MLED) from the University of Melbourne, with completion of the 50-credit point Research Pathway subjects with a weighted average mark of at least H2A (75%); or
- A Master of Instructional Leadership (MC-INSLEAD) from the University of Melbourne, with completion of the 50-credit point Research Pathway subjects with a weighted average mark of at least H2A (75%); or
- A Master of Teaching from the University of Melbourne, with completion of the 50-credit point Research Pathway subjects with a weighted average mark of at least H2A (75%);
And (for all of the above)
- The support of a principal supervisor.
