Overview

The Master of Indigenous Business Leadership will equip you with advanced knowledge and skills to navigate the complex challenges facing Indigenous leaders across various sectors, including for-profit, not-for-profit, public, and social enterprises.

As a graduate of this degree, you’ll develop skills in:

  • Critical thinking and problem solving in relation to business and commerce related issues and in developing solutions to problems in organisations and in society
  • Effective decision making in business and commerce
  • Knowledge in the core areas of leadership
  • Competence in critical evaluation of evidence in support of an argument or proposition
  • Articulating leadership issues, ideas, theories and solutions to a range of audiences in written and oral form.

This program is designed to empower Indigenous business leaders by equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to navigate the complexities of leadership and enterprise. Students will engage with the critical challenges facing Indigenous businesses in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, while also developing their own leadership practices. The course draws on Indigenous business knowledge and encourages students to think critically, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively, preparing them to drive meaningful change in their workplaces and businesses.
