Additional information
Advanced Standing
Prior studies may be credited towards your degree and potentially reduce the duration of your course. This is known as Advanced Standing (also known as credit or recognition of prior learning).
For entry into this course, applicants will be automatically assessed for 50 credit points of advanced standing based on their qualifications and professional experience as outlined in the entry requirements. If they have specific additional qualifications or senior experience in the health sector, they may be granted a further 50 points, reducing the number of subjects needed to complete and the total course duration.
This course is only available to applicants who qualify to receive at least 50 credit point advanced standing. If you don’t meet the advanced standing requirements, we encourage you to explore the mixed-mode Master of Public Health (244CW).
