Dr Aman Ullah (MBA, PhD) is an education-focused academic specialising in HRM, change management, and stakeholder management. Aman also holds leadership roles as Co-area Head of Organisation Studies and the Director of the online Master of HRM in the Department of Management and Marketing.

With over 15 years of academic experience at Australian universities, Aman has a solid foundation in human resource management theory. Aside from his academic background, Aman has led high-performance teams at major multinational organisations like Novartis and Servier Pharmaceuticals, providing a unique blend of academic rigour and practical industry insights. This combined experience allows Aman to connect theoretical ideas with real-world business practices in his teaching. His diverse background, extensive teaching history, industry connections, and dedication to excellence all contribute to student success in management courses. Dr Aman has a proven track record in subject coordination, curriculum development, student support, and delivering face-to-face, blended, and fully online education.

Aman holds a doctoral degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Deakin University, demonstrating his strong academic background in the field.
