1. Review the lists of assessed subjects to determine if they satisfy prerequisites:
Doctor of Physiotherapy
(i) Assessed subjects – Australia and New Zealand institutions
(ii) Assessed subjects – International institutions
2. Complete the Prerequisite Assessment Application form for any subjects missing from the lists or marked as subject to review for the upcoming intake.
3. Submit the completed form along with the required subject syllabus or other supporting evidence to the Doctor of Physiotherapy prerequisite subject review here.
There are a limited number of Commonwealth Supported Places (CSPs) for this course. To ensure you are considered for a CSP, submit your complete application prior to the application deadline.

2. Gather your supporting documentation
As part of your application, you’ll be required to submit:
- Transcripts and detailed information related to all previous studies you have undertaken and/or completed, including an explanation of the grading system used and official certified English translation of any document that is not written in English. - Evidence of meeting the University's English language requirements.
- Evidence of meeting the subject prerequisites
- Confirmation of Identity submitted to the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences Indigenous Support Office, if applying to the Indigenous pathway.

Where a course offers both Commonwealth Supported Places (CSPs) and Australian full fee (AF) places, you only need to submit an application for one fee type. You will automatically be considered for a CSP if you are eligible.
