Verifying Canadian high school qualifications

All applicants to the University of Melbourne must ensure that their high school transcripts are formally verified by the relevant authorising body or through internal back to source checks. Unconditional course offers will not be issued to any applicants with a Canadian high school qualification if independent verification has not been received by the University. We will also conduct back-to-source checking for the qualifications listed below.

For Alberta and British Columbia Applicants:

Please request that your documents be verified and sent to app-verification@unimelb.edu.au.

Instructions for Verification:

Alberta High School Diploma:

For Alberta High School Diploma students, request digital copies of your academic transcripts using Alberta’s online transcript request system.

British Columbia Certificate of Graduation:

Students who have completed their high school studies in British Columbia must request that their academic transcripts be sent to us via the British Columbia government website.

For All Other Canadian Provinces:

Please submit your application, and we will conduct our own internal verification of your academic transcripts, including back-to-source checking.

If your qualification is not listed above, please contact the Offshore Recruitment Team for further assistance.
