Overview
As a student in the Master of Commercial Law, you’ll develop an advanced understanding of the complex body of knowledge in the field of commercial law, including:
- The legal and regulatory architecture of commercial law across a range of subject areas
- Key legal issues governing relationships between those subject to commercial law
- Challenges that arise in the practice and application of commercial law and
- Current debates on the reform of commercial law
You’ll also develop skills in critical analysis and the ability to interpret and transmit your ideas to specialist and non-specialist audiences, including clients.
