Associate Professor Joseph West

AI for Neuroscience Researcher; AI/ML Lecturer 

Joseph's research interest is in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence with a focus on general decision making and general applications. He is currently investigating deep learning approaches for neurological stimulation therapies covering Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS). By using state of the art deep learning methods to close the loop in neuro-stimulation he is improving outcomes for patients undergoing neurological electro-stimulation therapy.
