Learn the fundamentals of XR design
Explore key processes for designing new experiences for AR/VR/XR. You'll learn how these techniques differ from designing for the web or mobile software and understand the best practices and patterns of design applicable to immersive environments and XR applications.
Gain hands-on experience with XR tools
Familiarise yourself with cutting-edge tools and industry-standard processes and techniques in XR design. Gain practical experience with Unity, ShapesXR, Figma, Adobe Aero, and Spark AR. You'll also learn how to apply design pattern components to solve problems in user interface design.
Utilise Unity technologies to create XR prototypes
Build interactive prototypes for XR with industry-recognised tools such as Unity, a powerful cross-platform game engine used to develop 3D projects for a range of industries. By the end of this course, you'll have built two prototypes you can use to showcase your new skills to current or future employers.
