This 30-week beginner-friendly career and skill development program is designed for anyone with an interest in pursuing a career within the real-time 3D (RT3D) Industry.

Delivered by Circuit Stream in collaboration with the University of Melbourne, this project-based course will introduce you to 3D development and coding logic using C#. You'll learn to think like a programmer and use your new skills to build a range of applications from the ground up across multiple platforms.

As well as core technical skills, you'll be able to apply agile practices, GIT workflows, and other processes used on professional Unity projects when collaborating with teams or working remotely.

By the end of this live online course, you'll have a clear understanding of how to develop XR experiences.

You'll be able to:

• Apply the skills necessary to work in a 3D software development team
• Understand the basics of C#, a programming language commonly used to create games
• Build foundational skills to use Unity and create exciting real-time 3D experiences

• Utilise cross-platform game development to release games on a range of platforms including mobile, console, AR/VR, and PC.

You'll learn from Circuit Stream's Unity-certified instructors and XR practitioners who have substantial experience leading 3D real-time projects in various spaces, including mixed reality, game development, and entertainment.

This course provides a convenient way to develop your skill set from a location that suits you. Within Circuit Stream's digital learning environment, you'll collaborate with your peers and take part in independent and guided learning activities.

This live online course runs over 30 weeks.  Your weekly time commitment will include:

• 5 hours of online class sessions per week
• 5 hours lab time
• 10 hours self-study
• Optional study sessions with student ambassadors
• Optional weekly office hours available.

Assessment:

• Weekly assignments (20%)
• Midterm project (30%)
• Capstone project (50%)

To successfully complete this bootcamp and earn your certified Unity Developer badge, you must finish with a grade of at least 70%.
