A guide to entry scores for the Vietnamese High School Graduation Certificate

Vietnamese High School students can meet the requirements for direct entry by:

1. Graduating from one of the approved Gifted High Schools and achieving the indicative minimum Year 12 GPA OR

2. Graduating from a non-approved school, achieving the indicative minimum Year 12 GPA and achieving the required SAT/ACT or AP aggregate score OR

3. Completing the Trinity College Foundations Studies pathway program and meeting the minimum entry score.

All applicants must have completed any course prerequisite subjects and meet English language requirements.

^A range of criteria is used for selection. Applicants must be qualified for University entry and have satisfied the course-specific additional requirements.

*SAT scores are for the composite score from Evidence-based Reading and Writing, and Mathematics. ACT scores are for the composite score of the English, mathematics, reading, and science sections. The ACT writing section is not considered. The University does not accept super score SAT and ACT test results. Admissions is based on the highest composite score. SAT and ACT test results are valid for two years.
